When you receive your quotation the type of service provided is always indicated
Professional drivers: they are chauffeurs who own the NCC license (Rental with driver), have knowledge of the routes, speak a basic English, and have basic knowledge of the territories crossed during the service.
Guide-Driver: they are professional drivers but also tour guides.
They have good knowledge of the territories visited, during the trip they provide information about the history, the culture, the spirit of the territory and related points of interest.
During the excursion, take the guests as close as possible to the places of visit and, if the parking conditions permit, accompany the tourists for a walk. Otherwise it provides maps, timetables (if needed) and information to allow customers to visit the place on their own.
The driver is able to indicate restaurants, shops or in any case is able to give information on entertainment, shopping, culture, etc. etc.
Remember that he is not authorized to explain in the historical centers of the cities or within museums, palaces, churches, etc. etc.
Authorized tourist guides: by law, they are the only authorized subjects to accompany and explain to tourists the artistic, archaeological, landscape and production attractions of a territory.

After receiving the quotation of the requested service, complete the reservation by choosing the preferred method of payment in step-2.
All reservations are subject to our confirmation, the service is considered confirmed upon receipt of the CONFIRMATION VOUCHER.
The itinerary can be changed to include major strengths such as strikes, floods, extreme weather conditions and general events that can not reasonably be estimated.

For a larger group, another type of vehicle will be agreed.
Traveling on board our vehicles, each passenger is covered by regular RC policy. In Italy, vehicles used for rental with driver (NCC) are subject to revision once a year.
We recommend that you take out a personal insurance policy to cover medical expenses or lost your baggage.

Terms of payment
since most of the services provided are personalized, only the rates for tourist guide services are advertised.
The prices of transport services include VAT, taxes, fuel, tolls.
Every extra hour after the scheduled time is charged at € 50.00 / hour (day) and € 70.00 / hour (night) for transport services; € 40.00 / hour for tourist guide services.
Travel agencies are asked to pay for services in advance by bank transfer.
Payment in full by bank transfer (a fee may be charged) – With Paypal (5% commission is charged).
Payment with deposit to book the service and then balance in cash at the end of the service. In case of credit card balance a 5% commission is applied.
Sending the credit card is only required to guarantee the service and nothing is charged. The balance is paid in cash at the end of the service. In case of credit card balance a 5% commission is applied.
The payment of the deposit or the sending of the credit card is understood as acceptance of the cancellation policy.

Cancellation and refund policy
Any cancellations must be communicated by e-mail and expressly accepted by CTTours in the same way.
arrive up to 15 days before the booked service, nothing is charged. In case of prepayment the full amount will be refunded to the customer.
you arrive between 15 and 7 days before the service, 30% of the amount will be charged. In case of prepayment 30% of the amount paid will be returned.
you arrive between 6 and 3 days before the service, 50% of the amount will be charged. In case of prepayment, 50% of the amount paid will be returned.
you arrive 1 or 2 days before the service, or “no show”, we charge 100% of the amount, in case of pre-payment nothing is returned.
In case of events outside human control such as natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, or the ship cancels the port in a port, if possible the service is moved to another date or proposed an alternative destination. If none of these options is available, no charge will be made to the customer or 100% refunded.
In case of rain: CTTours can cancel the service in case of RED warning of the Civil Protection or in case of specific orders issued by the Municipalities interested by the weather events. If there is no possibility of changing the service date, nothing is charged or the service is reimbursed to the customer.
