2024 PRICE OF THE TOURIST GUIDE SERVICES IN FLORENCE

Full Day € 380,00 (max 7 hrs.)

Rates are taxes and VAT inclusive

Cancellation and refund policy
Eventual cancellation has to be communicated by email and accepted by this company in the same way.
Arrived until 14 days before the booked service, nothing will be charged. In case of prepayment, full refund of money to the client.
Arrived from 13 until 7 days before the booked service, 50% of the amount will be charged. In case of prepayment, 50% refund of money to the client. 
Arrived from 6 until 3 days before the booked service, 70% of the amount will be charged. In case of prepayment, 70% refund of money to the client.
Arrived 1 or 2 days before the booked service, or “no show” 100% of the amount will be charged. In case of prepayment, nothing will be returned to the client.
In case of force majeure events like death, floods, or the ship doesn’t dock in the fixed port, the client will not be charged or fully refunded

Worries-free experience. In case you wish to receiving an all-inclusive quotation (package tour) you may choose to adding to the tourist guide service: car transportation, tickets, meals, food&wine tastings.  
In this case the organization and invoicing is by V&D Viaggi e Dintorni Travel Agency.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, DAY TRIPS, CAR TRANSFERS WITH PRIVATE DRIVER

Since our transportation services from/to Florence are easily and highly customizable in the itinerary and duration, please contact me for receiving your personal quotation.

Note that in the rates provided VAT, taxes, fuel, tolls, parking are always included.

Each extra hour beyond the fixed time will be charged at the rate of € 50,00/hour (daytime) and € 70,00/hour (night time)
